Integrating Mindfulness in Clinical Practice

A Training of Mind and Heart

Transform Stress, Pain and Illness into a Journey of Healing

11/19 – 11/20 Chester, CT
This two day practical and experiential workshop provides direction on how to apply and integrate mindfulness practice and teachings with your patients and with yourself.  You will learn what it means and how to become a “mindful practitioner” and gain the knowledge and practical tools necessary to relate and practice from this perspective. Practicing Mindfully has surprising and positive effects on both you and your client.
It dramatically changes the way you are being with clients and the latest studies in interpersonal neurobiology studies show that a strong therapeutic effect is evoked just by your mindful nature.  We will explore the latest research and experience  the benefits of mindfulness in health and healing.  You will be guided in how to clinically apply and integrate this knowledge and therapeutic practices into your clinical practice.

Mindfulness is a potent therapy that complements every other strategy and modality you employ!
